The 2018 AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open purse is set for €1 million, with the winner's share coming in at €158,500 -- different than the standard 16.67 percent payout according to the European Tour's prize money distribution chart. The change in payout is because this event is tri-sanctioned with the Sunshine Tour and Asian Tour.

The AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open field is headed by Ernie Els and Dylan Frittelli.

The event is played this year at Four Seasons Golf Club in Mauritius.
