Jim Furyk is the 2018 US Ryder Cup captain, a reward for an honorable, accomplished PGA Tour career which includes winning the 2003 US Open. He's heading the 12-man United States team in Paris, hoping to become the first American captain since 1993 to win on European soil.

Jim Furyk's wife, Tabitha, has been by his side for many of the biggest moments of his career. The couple married in 2000 and live in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., together. They have two children together, and they've worked hard on behalf of a variety of charities, including veterans organizations.
