The 2018 WGC-Mexico Championship purse is set for $10 million, with the winner's share coming in at $1,700,000 -- the standard 17 percent payout according to the PGA Tour's prize money distribution chart for World Golf Championships events.

The WGC-Mexico Championship field is headed by Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler and Justin Thomas. There are 65 players in this no-cut event, with the last-place player earning $50,500 for just showing up. Not bad.

All of the 2018 World Golf Championships will have a $10 million purse, an increase over 2017.

The event is played this year at Club de Golf Chapultepec in Mexico City, Mexico.
