On this week's Back 9 Report, hosts Fred Altvater and Carlos Torres talk through the golf headlines and get ready for the week in golf.

Carlos and Fred recap Justin Rose's comeback win over world No. 1 Dustin Johnson at the WGC-HSBC Champions in China, Cristie Kerr's LPGA victory in Malaysia, Bernhard Langer continuing to dominate the Champions Tour and Ryan Armour claiming a PGA Tour event in Mississippi.

The Golfather Bill Cuebas stops by to talk about Michigan golf, DogLeg Reaper belts' commitment to Folds of Honor, his PGA Superstore club-fitting experience and Topgolf. They also delve into the mishap with the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association's denying the trophy to Emily Nash, who won the Boys Division III High School District Boys' Championship. What went wrong. Why it was wrong. What are they going to do to fix it.

Tiger Woods announced his return, but Fred said maybe rather than look for El Tigre's return to form, or who will replace him, maybe golf fans should be looking for a young woman that will compete regularly on the PGA Tour and be successful.
