The British Open Championship is one of the most fun majors to watch, but it's also one of the toughest to watch because of the minimum five-hour time change between American viewers and what's unfolding in the United Kingdom.

However, the first two days of the Open Championship are also two of the most fun days in competitive golf for fans because the golf runs for 14 hours each day. Fortunately, Golf Channel and NBC Sports plan to take advantage.

In addition to the hours broadcast each day on Golf Channel and NBC Sports (on the weekend), the R&A through The Open will stream two digital-only channels of coverage, including coverage of the first tee at Royal Birkdale, a marquee groups channel and a featured holes channel.

GolfChannel.com, the Golf Channel Live Extra app and the NBC Sports Live Extra app will stream all of Golf Channel's British Open Championship broadcast coverage and three digital streams.
