Golf News Net, one of the fasting-growing golf media companies, and GolfGetaways Network are proud to announce an agreement that brings GolfGetaways' award-winning golf-travel content to Golf News Net platforms.
Under the partnership, Golf News Net will become the new home for golf travel content from GolfGetaways. On GNN properties, the golf travel section will be renamed GolfGetaways and will host written, video, audio and photographic content from GolfGetaways contributors, including the brand-new five-days-a-week “Talking GolfGetaways with Mitch & Darin” podcast created by longtime sports broadcaster, actor and celebrity golfer Mitch Laurance and veteran golf-travel journalist Darin Bunch, former publisher of Fairways & Greens and GolfGetaways print publications.

Utilizing Golf News Net's wide-reaching editorial platform and growing social influence in conjunction with GolfGetaways’ ever-expanding Instagram and Twitter reach, the team will share golf travel stories in a way that informs and inspires fellow golf travelers around the world.

GolfGetaways' signature daily podcast — “Talking GolfGetaways” — aims to do just that as co-hosts Laurance and Bunch welcome a variety of voices from around the world of golf, sharing their best golf travel tips, destination guides, lifestyle offerings and compelling golf conversation.

As part of the partnership, Golf News Net will also offer golf-travel packages and expertise from GolfPackagePros.com, an affiliated travel company which crafts and sells custom golf adventures in the Western United States and beyond, including golf-rich destinations such as Las Vegas; St. George, Utah; Mesquite, Nev.; and Laughlin, Nev. GolfPackagePros.com will also become GNN’s partner for the platform’s branded travel experiences, which will be available to the Golf News Net audience.

This partnership furthers GNN's mission to not only reach more golfers with storytelling but also to connect golfers in ways that improve their experience of playing the game. Golf News Net has more than doubled its total website audience over each of the past two years. In 2016, the GNN app was also launched for mobile devices, connecting users with news, a breadth of on-demand podcast options, access to GNN's burgeoning video library and live listening to GNN Radio, a 24/7 stream of original and curated golf talk.
