New Shot Tracer app lets you have ProTracer for your game

Most every serious golfer would kill to have ProTracer like you see trailing the shots of the world's best golfers on TV. Now, thanks to an Austrian developer, you can.

A company called Visual Vertigo has released a new app for Apple iPhone and iPad called Shot Tracer. Using the video camera on the device, the app can trace your ball flight and movement from most any angle. It uses object tracking to trace the path of your shots.

This is an awesome creation, though it's sadly not yet available for Android devices. It does cost $5, but it's worth more than that.

We'll put it through a review and update here soon.
