VIDEO: Watch Ian Poulter skim the head off of a Stella Artois

Ever order a Stella Artois in a bar? It comes out on draft into the branded chalice. The barkeep finishes the pour. Then they scrape off the overflowing head so that it lays flat on top of it.

Now imagine, instead of doing that with a flat edge, doing it with a wedge. Enter Ian Poulter.

As part of a stunt with the beer maker, Poulter performed some trick shots for a small crowd. Poulter then conveniently picked off an onlooker's glass of Stella, inappropriately served with too much head, and decides to get off the foam with a fully swung club. And he doesn't break the glass.

If staged, just another clever brand ploy. If real, still the former, but a great bar trick.
