Usually it's a bad thing if you find yourself on a golf course in your car. In this case, however, it was the end of a harrowing car accident.

An elderly driver lost control of their vehicle near an Endicino, Calif., country club on Tuesday, with their Fiat going down an embankment and barreling through a course fence. The car flipped over several times before landing on the 13th green at Castle Creek C.C.

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, the accident happened around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. No players on the course were hurt.

It's possible the driver suffered a medical problem before losing control of the vehicle. The driver is at a local medial facility, while the car was towed off the country club grounds.
