Miguel Angel Jimenez demonstrates his stretching routine

FOLLOW: iHEART | TUNEIN

Miguel Angel Jimenez's pre-round stretching routine is the thing of legend, first shot in the wild in all its beauty at the 2011 Open Championship.

Jimenez, who was already known for being the amazing Spaniard that had the pony tail, great facial hair and a penchant for fine cigars, only added to his cool factor with the warm-up routine.

While he's no Jane Fonda (he's better?), Jimenez did demonstrate how to do his full routine for Golf Monthly in a video. It's as glorious as it sounds.

You're welcome, Internet. (And, yes, we're filing this under Instruction.)
