When facing a bunker, the goal is to open the clubface and get out of the bunker. It's not, as this woman demonstrated, landing flat on your face while doing a backflip into the bunker.

We discovered this video through Malbon Golf on Instagram of a woman trying to do a backflip into a bunker with the hope of sticking the landing. Instead, as a caddie looks on, she doesn't stick the landing and faceplants into the sand.

There's nothing really to say here other than, "Don't do this." But, then, we wouldn't be posting this if she stuck the landing. So, keep doing this.
