Stitch Golf unveils enhanced SL2 stand bag

Back in July, Stitch Golf announced a new SL2 stand bag, dubbing it the "perfect walking bag."

Four months later, the company is releasing what it's terming an enhanced version of the SL2, offering new features and a different set of color schemes.

”When redesigning the SL2 we focused our efforts on form and functionality without sacrificing style,” said company CEO Brad King. “The new color options include navy, white and black and remain true to our racing-inspired design. By focusing on unique features and keeping the bag sleek, we were able to create a bag that is truly the perfect walking bag.”

The 4 lbs. bag has a full-length side pocket, a ball pocket, a lined valuables pocket, an insulated beverage pocket (big fan of that) and a four-way top divider with handle space to lift the bag easily onto or off of a cart or away from a green. The new features include a hip pad, pencil pocket and wider stand feet.

The bag is made using Stitch's Touring Fabric, a proprietary fabric designed with the strength and look of leather while coming in lighter and being more water-resistant.

Golfers can choose between a double strap or a single strap popular in some parts of the game, and the materials are water and stain resistant, while the gunmetal-style finishes offer nice detailing.

It's a slick-looking bag, available in three colorways: black/white, white/white, navy/white. The price tag is $368, and it's now available for pre-order for delivery on Dec. 15.
