18Birdies adds in-app tee-time booking

Our friends at 18Birdies are continuing to roll out new functionality in their app, and the latest addition makes snagging tee times a little easier.

With its latest update for Apple iOS and Android devices, 18Birdies users are now able to book tee times in the app using GolfNow. Any of the 8,000 golf courses and countless multiples of tee times available through GolfNow is now available in the 18Birdies app for purchase. It's a part of the partnership hatched by the two platforms, with the Golf Channel-owned GolfNow being the most popular tee-time booking service.

This functionality also dovetails well with a new feature helping golfers seek out potential playing partners based on a variety of criteria, including age, location, gender and skill level.
