In the history of the Masters Tournament, contestants at Augusta National have done some incredible things and hit some shots that have become the stuff of legend.

There have also been some eye-popping single-hole scores which have caught fans by surprise that one of the best golfers on the planet is capable of producing a score that high for one hole.

In the 82 editions of the Masters, three players hold claim to the highest single-hole score. It's 13, and it has been done by three different golfers on three different holes.

  • Sergio Garcia, 13, No. 15, 2018
  • Tommy Nakajima, 13, No. 13, 1978
  • Tom Weiskopf, 13, No. 12, 1980

Nakajima made his 13 as part of back-to-back 80s that also included winning a pair of crystal goblets for an eagle 3 on the eighth hole in the first round.

Weiskopf made his 13 en route to 85-79 in the first two rounds and missing the cut. He put five balls in the water before making the final 13 on the card.

Garcia, the defending champion in 2018, made the 13 to go from 2 over to 10 over for his round.
