We have important news on the Jason Dufner hat beat from Austin, Texas, and the 2018 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play.

For the uninitiated, Jason Dufner doesn't have a hat logo deal for 2018, so he's wearing whatever hat he wants every time he plays, and the results have been extraordinary, including wearing from up-and-coming brands, a Boss hat out of Rickie Fowler's closet, a hat with Notorious BIG in silhouette and an I <3 Mex hat at the final round of the WGC-Mexico Championship. On Day 1 of the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play, Dufner fittingly wore a hat from Austin City Limits, one of the best music festivals in the world. On Day 2 on Thursday, Dufner wore a hat that looked a little like one he'd worn a few times earlier this season using the American flag as a jumping off point. This hat in Austin had a black-and-white rendition of the American flag with a smiley-faced bat where the stars would be. Lots of folks were asking where that came from, and, as it turns out, the hat is sold by a musician named Marshmello. He's an EDM producer and DJ. Dufner likes a variety of music types, and his eclectic taste comes out in the hat choices too. First Biggie, now Marshmello.

You can buy the hat at Marshmello's store for $30 and be a part of the Mello Gang like Dufner.
