2018 WGC-Mexico Championship field: Players, rankings

FOLLOW: iHEART | TUNEIN

The 2018 WGC-Mexico Championship field is set with the passing of the typical Friday entry deadline. The field is mostly set for this event, played at Club de Golf Chapultepec in Mexico City.

WGC-Mexico Championship field is headlined by Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson and Jon Rahm. All but five of the world top 50 are in the field, with Rory McIlroy, Jason Day and Henrik Stenson skipping, and Hideki Matsuyama and Brooks Koepka unable to play with injuries.

We do not have Monday qualifiers for this event. However, the top 10 in the FedEx Cup standings after The Honda Classic will be invited, as will any new entrants into the Official World Golf Ranking top 50.
