While President Donald Trump was at his country club in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Jan. 13, a former President was not too far away and was playing golf with an all-time great.
Former President Barack Obama reportedly played golf on Saturday at Floridian National Golf Club in Palm City. Golf Channel's Tim Rosaforte was first to report the news.
I’m hearing from multiple sources that @BarackObama played golf with @TigerWoods today at The Floridian. They first played there in 2013. The club would not comment on its members or guests. @GolfChannel

Floridian National is approximately a 50-minute drive due north from Trump International Golf Club, where Trump was visiting and potentially playing golf. (The Trump administration rarely acknowledges the President is playing golf, even when the White House press pool follows the Commander-in-Chief to one of his golf clubs.)
Obama and Woods played at Floridian National in February 2013 as part of a presidential trip to the Sunshine State. The estimated multi-million-dollar cost of the trip drew criticism from Obama detractors, suggesting he was wasting taxpayer money for a somewhat frivolous trip. However, the Government Accountability Office found most of the $3.6 million in expenses for the trip went to a pre-golf remarks in Chicago on economic proposals laid out in his January 2013 State of the Union address.
There's a Trump tweet for that.

Meanwhile, Woods is playing golf with Obama just weeks after playing golf with Trump for the second time since the 2016 election. Woods played golf with Trump before his inauguration and again during Trump's holiday vacation to his private Mar-a-Lago club and resort.
