Drew Nesbitt, Riley Wheeldon, Lee McCoy and Jhared Hack all earned spots in the 2017 RBC Canadian Open through the Monday qualifier.
Nesbitt and Wheeldon, both Canadians, were the co-medalists in the 18-hole event at Heron Point Golf Links in Alberton, Ontario, shooting 5-under 66 to earn two of the four spots available.
Six players tied in a logjam for third place behind them, leaving six-for-two playoff that Americans McCoy and Hack eventually emerged from as the final two players who got through Monday qualifying. Nyasha Mauchaza, Blair Hamilton, Stuart MacDonald and Hunter Stewart were all sent home empty-handed.
Nesbitt, 22, has bounced around all kinds of developmental tours since 18, and he's struggled to find a home.
Wheeldon, ranked 1643rd in the Official World Golf Ranking, has status on PGA Tour Canada, missing the cut in four of six starts this season after finishing sixth in Q-School.
McCoy turned pro after a remarkable fourth-place finish as an amateur at the Valspar Championship in Florida in 2016. He won the Freedom 55 Financial Open on PGA Tour Canada and has one other top-10 finish this season.
Hack is 27 and also on PGA Tour Canada, where he hasn't missed a cut this season and has a pair of T-3 finishes.
