What’s the best way to clean adidas Boost foam?

Going back a few years, adidas Golf has made Boost foam a staple of its golf shoe offerings. The fit is natural into golf shoes, as Boost foam is designed to return energy from the foot back to the body with each and every step. The golfer should feel more energetic and refreshed post-round than they'd be otherwise.

However, the Boost foam is featured in adidas Golf shoes in its natural form, with its rounded, white parts bonded together for maximum effect both visually and functionally. That Boost foam can get dirty, particularly on a golf course in rougher playing conditions, and a number of golfers have asked for the best way to clean adidas Boost foam.

In speaking with folks from adidas Golf, there are a number of ways to clean Boost foam but the best is arguably the simplest: using a mild brush with warm water and soap. That's really it, along with some elbow grease.

There are some cleaning products available from adidas to clean shoes, including Boost foam, but warm water and soap is the recommended solution.

As it turns out, adidas had considered coating the Boost foam in some kind of dirt-prevention material, but it would have proven far too expensive for the benefit. So, a little bit of brush work every now and then to keep it clean isn't a big deal.
