Kevin Na bet Bubba Watson he couldn’t drive a 365-yard hole; he lost

Bubba Watson can hit the ball a long way. You're probably well aware of that. He's uncorked drives well over 400 yards on the PGA Tour in the past.

So it might seem a little silly that Kevin Na bet Watson that he couldn't smoke a drive well short of his all-time longest on Sunday at the Memorial Tournament.

On the tee at the 365-yard par-4 14th hole, Na was messing with Watson and bet him $100 that the two-time Masters winner couldn't drive the green. It sounds like a bad idea given Watson's length, but the narrow green on one of the PGA Tour's best short par 4s is difficult to hit even with a wedge in hand.

Both clearly out of the tournament, Watson took Na up on the bet and, well, he drove the green. Na had to pay up. But Watson didn't bet to get Na's money. He paid it out to a lucky young fan in their gallery, and then the young fan got to certify the bet by taking a picture with both players.

Watson went on to make birdie and finished tied for 65th place. Na finished T-74.
