John Daly says he's due a fantastic 50th birthday present: $150,000 from 1979 Masters winner Fuzzy Zoeller.
Daly tweeted Thursday that Zoeller has to pay him to settle a bet made years ago, that the two-time major champion wouldn't live to see 50.
THK U all 4 the bday wishes 2day ? I'm only "18" with "32" yrs of experience! Also $150 grand up from Fuzzy sayin I wouldn't make it to 50 ?

In a USA Today interview, Daly explained how the bet came about in the first place.
“I think it was Tuesday morning and we played nine holes and went to T-Bonz (restaurant) and had some lunch,’’ Daly said in the interview. “Next thing I know, we were in the same clothes playing Wednesday at 7:30 in the morning and the par-3 tournament. We stayed through the whole nine (holes), drinking, having a good time and eating.
“Fuzzy said, 'I got 150 grand you’re never going to make it to 50.’ ”
Well, look who turned out to be wrong?!
Daly said the pair never shook on the wager, so he's not going to walk up to Zoeller with his hand outstretched. Besides, Daly is doing just fine with his line of alcoholic beverages and other business interests. And he's still embraced by his fans, still getting asked to sign autographs -- and obliging -- most anywhere he goes.
