Kevin Kisner suspended from Palmetto C.C. after Vice cart-racing video

Kevin Kisner is working on his game at a new South Carolina country club after he landed a suspension from his home club, thanks to a Vice Sports video.

Kisner and a bunch of his member buddies at Palmetto Country Club took part in a cart race as part of a Vice Sports-produced, Callaway Golf-backed video designed to show a lighter side to the Aiken, S.C., native. The video was a lot of fun, showing the cart derby as well a friendly nine-hole match.

We learned of Kisner's suspension because he volunteered that information on Twitter. He shared he was practicing at nearby Sage Valley Country Club in preparation for back-to-back starts at the Wells Fargo Championship and The Players, where he finished a playoff runner-up to Rickie Fowler last year, one of three playoff losses on the season.

Not only was Kisner suspended -- so, too, were the buddies in the cart race. Lame.

Palmetto Country Club, founded in 1892, calls itself the second-oldest golf club in the U.S. behind only Chicago Golf Club.
