The winner of the 2016 Masters will get the $1.8 million winner's share of the $10 million purse, which is the richest in the sport, along with the U.S. Open, Open Championship, PGA Championship and The Players Championship.
Second place will earn $1.08 million as part of the standard payout table that gives 18 percent of the purse to the winner and 10.8 percent to the runner-up.
