The PGA Tour this week features the 2026 World Wide Technology Championship starting on Thursday at El Cardonal at Diamante in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The World Wide Technology Championship marks the PGA Tour remaining in Mexico for the second of two events in the country.

The 2026 World Wide Technology Championship field takes on one of the most forgiving courses off the tee on the PGA Tour, and I'd highly encourage you to look at longer players in the field this week, just like last week.

Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2026 World Wide Technology Championship rankings.

2026 World Wide Technology Championship expert picks and rankings

1. Jackson Koivun: Koivun nearly won in Asheville to start the fall and was great in the Presidents Cup. This place should fit him well.

2. Ryan Gerard: Gerard has a game that travels and plays well practically anywhere, and it should again here this week.

3. Ben Griffin: Griffin had a great week at Vallarta to warm up for this defense, finishing T-4.

4. Ben James: James wasn't great in the first round last week, but he closed very strong to finish T-16.

5. Doug Ghim: Ghim has a decent track record here, but he's streaky. Fortunately, he was T-6 last week.

6. Blades Brown: Brown was T-19 last week, slowing up some in the final day to make up serious ground. He's young and playing well.

8. Keith Mitchell: Cashmere Keith was runner-up his last time out in Japan, his only start of the fall.

9. Erik van Rooyen: EVR is intriguing this week coming off a great finish last week and having an emotional win here a few years ago.

10. Garrick Higgo: Higgo has one of the few tournament records at El Cardonal with multiple top-15 finishes, and both of his have been in the top six.
