The DP World Tour this week features the 2026 Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship starting on Thursday at Yas Links Golf Club in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship marks the return of the DP World Tour to the UAE for the penultimate event on the schedule and the first of two playoff events.

The 2026 Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship field takes on Yas Links, which is a tricky desert course that features plenty of water in play.

Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top DP World Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2026 Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship rankings.

2026 Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship expert picks and rankings

1. Eugenio Chacarra: Chacarra has been the best player on the circuit all year, and he has earned this top position.

2. Tommy Fleetwood: Fleetwood isn't necessarily playing better than every player in the field but one, but he has a thing for Abu Dhabi that is huge.

3. Rory McIlroy: McIlroy has a presence in Dubai, and he's always had more of an affinity for golf there, but he's still world No. 2.

4. Jon Rahm: Rahm has something to prove this week and next, and these two weeks can go a long way for establishing him again for next season.

5. Aaron Rai: Rai is defending champion here and will look to conclude his season in style.

6. Tyrrell Hatton: Hatton just kind of rolls with the punches well, despite the outward demeanor, so he should do well this week.

7. Patrick Reed: Reed may not be quite the same as he was earlier in the year, but he'll be motivated this week against a great field in a country where he already won in 2026.

8. Matt Wallace: Wallace seems to have a thing for golf in Abu Dhabi, and this style of tricky driving course can work for him.

9. Adam Scott: Scott has committed to completing the DP World Tour playoffs, and he still has the game to compete at this level.

10. Daniel Hillier: Hillier isn't quite on the same level of these peers in his field, but his game is absolutely class.
