The 2026 Maybank Championship final leaderboard is headed by winner Miyu Yamashita, who topped the LPGA Tour leaderboard this week with a win at Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Yamashita won this event to successfully defend her title here from a year ago, pulling out a two-shot victory on 22-under 266, beating out Yan Liu for the title.
First-round leader Pauline Roussin-Bouchard and amateur Marisa Tojai finished in a share of third place, a shot out of second. Roussin-Bouchard picks up full third-place money for the event.
Yamashita won the $450,000 winner's share of the $3,000,000 purse.
Maybank Championship recap notes
Yamashita picks up the win in the 28th LPGA Tour event of the season, getting in the winner's circle on the LPGA Tour.
By winning the event, Yamashita earned 500 points in the Race to the CME Globe, with the top 60 players in points after The Annika in November getting into the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship.
This week, there was not a 36-hole cut in this event to the top 65 and ties through two rounds, with 77 players out of 78 total players finishing the tournament.
The 2026 LPGA Tour schedule continues next week with the Toto Japan Classic in Japan.
