The PGA Tour this week features the 2026 the Memorial Tournament starting on Thursday at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio.
My PGA Tour field ranking for the Memorial Tournament looks at the top 10 players in this 72-player field that brings together the best in the world at Jack's place for a Signature event.
The Memorial Tournament marks the return of the PGA Tour to the Columbus area for an event that plays like an old US Open to test the best in the world ahead of the actual US Open.
Scottie Scheffler is the two-time defending champion here, and he has finished outside the top three just once in his last five tournaments.
Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2026 the Memorial Tournament rankings.
2026 the Memorial Tournament expert picks and rankings
1. Scottie Scheffler: This feels self-explanatory at this point, but this venue works better for his style than almost anywhere.
2. Cameron Young: I think Muirfield Village should be a place Young destroys, and I'd be stunned if he doesn't play well.
3. Rory McIlroy: McIlroy has a good relationship with Jack and really wants to perform well here, so I expect a good effort.
4. Si Woo Kim: If you want the second-best horse-for-course play this week, it's Si Woo Kim.
5. Matt Fitzpatrick: Fitz has a good record here and generally in tournaments where the rough is nasty and thick.

6. Ben Griffin: Griffin finished in third last week in his defense at Colonial, is playing well and was runner-up here last year.
7. Min Woo Lee: Min Woo is one of my short-list betting picks this week because he's on a good run, hits the ball far and has a great short game.
8. Xander Schauffele: Xander has a decent record here, and he's been in great form over the last couple of months.
9. Alex Smalley: Smalley seems to be playing well almost anywhere, and that final-group experience at the PGA Championship had to be a help.
10. Russell Henley: Henley won last week at Colonial, and that was great, but he's also not the best fit for here. Then again, he won at Bay Hill in a similarly tough setup.
