The 2019 The RSM Classic field is set with the passing of the typical Friday entry deadline. The field is set for this event, played at Sea Island Golf Resort on St. Simons Island, Ga.

The RSM Classic field is headlined by defending champion Charles Howell III, Billy Horschel and Webb Simpson. This is a 156-player field for the next-to-last event of the fall portion of the 2019-2020 PGA Tour schedule.

The first two rounds of the tournament are played with the field split evenly each day between the Seaside and Plantation Courses at the resort. After the 36-hole cut, the field comes together to play the Seaside Course until the tournament's completion.

We do not yet have Monday qualifiers for this event.

The field will be playing for a $6.6 million purse and 500 FedEx Cup points to the winner.

Historically, this tournament has a weak field, according to the Official World Golf Ranking. The 2018 winner received 24 OWGR points, with the 2017 winner getting 30 points and the 2016 winner getting 32 points.
