Brandon Wu has signed a multi-year deal with adidas Golf, joining an elite group of up-and-coming young pros.

As part of the deal, Wu will don adidas Golf headwear, footwear, apparel and accessories on the course.

Wu was part of the 2019 NCAA men's national championship-winning team at Stanford. He qualified for the US Open, where he finished T-35, and the Open Championship, making him the first amateur in 52 years to accomplish the qualifying double.

At the Walker Cup, Wu was part of the first American team to be Great Britain and Ireland in a road game in 12 years. Wu was a key part of that team's success, going 3-1 that week.

Wu is playing this week in the PGA Tour's Mayakoba Golf Classic in his third pro start. Playing on a sponsor's exemption in October, Wu finished T-17 in the Houston Open.

He joins talents like Joaquin Niemann and Collin Morikawa who have signed with the three-stripes brand.

“Brandon joins a powerful list of young athletes on our roster that are remarkable at playing under pressure,” said Tim McNulty, global director of sports marketing, adidas Golf. “He’s proven that he’s capable of some great things and we look forward to supporting him on his journey as a professional.”

Wu was joint medalist at his second-stage site for the Korn Ferry Tour Q-School, with the final stage to be played Dec. 12-15.
