The 2019 Tour Championship betting odds have been released for the week at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga.

The betting odds this week are offered in two categories: scoring with the handicap strokes in the Tour Championship format and scoring without the starting strokes.

The betting favorite with strokes is No. 1 FedEx Cup seed Justin Thomas, who is +225 to win the FedEx Cup (but is 9-to-1 to win without strokes).

The betting favorite without strokes is Rory McIlroy, who comes in at 13-to-2 (+650) betting odds to win the 72-hole event unto itself.

2019 Tour Championship expert picks and bets

Win bets

  • Rory McIlroy (both ways): He's got to overcome five strokes, and that should allow him to play aggressively.
  • Hideki Matsuyama (no strokes): He's been playing brilliant golf in the playoffs, and his ballstriking plays well in Atlanta.
  • Xander Schauffele (both ways): A past winner of this tournament, Schauffele is six back and can strike in these bigger events.
