2017 BMW International Open Friday’s second round: Leaderboard, featured groups, tee times, TV, pin placements

The 2017 BMW International Open continues on Friday (June 23) with the second round from Golfclub München Eichenried in Germany.

Henrik Stenson is defending champion in a field headlines by Sergio Garcia, Tommy Fleetwood and Bernd Wiesberger, all vying for the €333,334 first-place prize from the €2,000,000 prize pool.

BMW International Open leaderboard

The 2017 BMW International Open leaderboard is headed by Wade Ormsby, who leads by Thomas Detry by a shot a 8-under 64. Joost Luiten is in third place with 66 along with Sergio Garcia and Thorbjorn Olesen.

Tee times and featured groups

With a full field teeing off in threesomes off Nos. 1 and 10 at Golfclub München Eichenried, the 2017 BMW International Open Friday tee times run through the morning and much of the afternoon. Here are some marquee groups throughout the day.

From No. 1:

  • 1:20 p.m. -- Joost Luiten, Alexander Knappe, Fabrizio Zanotti
  • 1:40 p.m. -- Sergio Garcia, Rafa Cabrera Bello, Martin Kaymer

From No. 10:

  • 8:40 a.m. -- Bernd Wiesberger, Henrik Stenson, Tommy Fleetwood

Pin placements

The European Tour releases the second-round pin sheet with the pin placements (or as they say officially, hole locations) just before play gets going in the morning.

TV times and how to watch online

The BMW International Open airs on TV on Friday on Golf Channel, with coverage going from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Eastern.
