WATCH: Country artist Jake Owen celebrates putt-putt with music video

If you're of a certain age, then you know that, at some point in the 1980s and '90s, miniature golf was the shit. It was the best.

Really, it still is, but there are few people playing it and less courses than at the putt-putt peak. That, however, didn't stop country artist Jake Owen from making an ode to miniature golf called, appropriately, "Putt Puttin'."

The song hits all of the high points of miniature golf, including the different-colored golf balls, the obstacles, the temptation to smash the golf ball as hard as possible and, of course, the post-round ice cream.
