The 2016 Masters resumes on Friday with a weather forecast predicting temperatures reaching the mid-60s with a steadily increasing wind, including gusts of more than 35 mph in the afternoon. That weather will impact how Augusta National plays and how the 89-player field will approach the course. 2016 Masters second round pin placements
Some things to note:
- The hole locations on Nos. 2 and 3 are difficult compared to their relatively easy Thursday positions
- The pin on No. 4 is going to be nasty with the wind expected
- Don't expect many players to take on the hole locations on Nos. 11 and 12, unlike their generous spots on Thursday
- The hole location on 16 is the second hardest on that green
