The PGA Tour is back! After just a two-week break! The 2015-16 PGA Tour calendar begins on Thursday with the Frys.com Open, being played for the second year in a row at Johnny Miller's Silverado Resort in Napa, Calif.

Sangmoon Bae won this event last October but won't defend his title as he remains in his native South Korea after the Presidents Cup to begin a 21-month term of conscripted military service. Though Bae will be absent, a number of top-tier players are in the field, including Rory McIlroy, who is playing this week as part of a 2013 deal with the PGA Tour so he and others players, including Tiger Woods, could compete in that year's Turkish Airlines Open on the European Tour. McIlroy is the 9-to-2 favorite this week. Behind McIlroy is Justin Rose, going off at 8-to-1.
