Bubba Watson is in the winner's circle for the second time this season, taking the Travelers Championship for the second time and winning on the PGA Tour for the eighth time in his career.
Watson closed out Paul Casey on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff at TPC River Highlands for his fifth-career PGA Tour overtime win. This is Watson's first PGA Tour win with a 7-wood in his bag, which, as Golf Digest reports, has been in his bag since The Players. Watson removed a 3-hybrid and 4-wood at TPC Sawgrass, exchanging them for a G30 3- and 7-wood, which was shortened by an inch.
