Tiger Woods is showing a different side of himself in preparation for the 2015 Masters. He's been smiling, listening to hip-hop on his ear buds, playing practice rounds with Mark O'Meara and generally looking like he's actually having a good time.
Well, Woods is also looking like a Father of the Year candidate. He'll play in the Par 3 Contest on Wednesday for the first time in 11 years, having his kids Sam (7) and Charlie (6) alongside as caddies on the short course.
On Tuesday, Woods greeted Sam and Charlie with a great big hug as girlfriend Lindsey Vonn looked on.
This is the kind of Tiger Woods people can get behind and root for this week. Perhaps a relaxed Woods, at 39, can be a fan favorite for a very different reason than when he was at his dominant peak.
