In case you haven't heard, 17-year-old Canadian Brooke Henderson is really good at golf, and a lot of our friends up north have been wondering when the teen would abandon the amateur ranks for the pro game. That announcement came on Thursday, with Henderson, who will continue to be supported by Golf Canada's development programs, turning pro and signing two deals: with IMG for representation and Ping as a staffer.

However, Henderson didn't simply walk to a podium and announce this life-changing decision. Maybe inspired by Lydia Ko's fun turn-pro vid, Henderson, who's from around Ottawa, teamed up with the NHL's Ottawa Senators to reveal her plans to make a living through golf.

Henderson went to the Canadian Tire Centre and tried to stop shots from Senators defenseman Mark Borowiecki. As you might imagine, Henderson didn't have the chops to be an NHL goalie, but she definitely has the game to be a great pro.
