Rory McIlroy has some new digs.

McIlroy has purchased a 10th-floor penthouse on Singer Island, southeast of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., where the four-time major winner already has a residence, according to GossipExtra.com. McIlroy reported spent $2 million in June on the 3,100-square-foot, 3-bedroom condo, which was reportedly listed for $2.5 million.

This is McIlroy's second property in the area. In December 2012, McIlroy purchased a $9.5 million mansion in the Old Palm neighborhood, as well the vacant adjoining lot.
