Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods appeared together on Monday's "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon to promote Nike Golf's new Vapor iron line.

As part of the appearance, McIlroy took on Fallon in a game called Face Breakers, in which the host and world No. 1 chipped balls toward a wall of glass panes frosted with likenesses of each other on them. In the end, McIlroy won in a close match, while Woods watched on and made pithy remarks on the advice of his doctors. (He's not playing again until December, you see.)

Woods had a few good one-liners, however. When Fallon asked McIlroy about the near-dark conditions in which he won the PGA Championship, Woods joked, "It looked like there was plenty of light...from my couch."

Perhaps the best part of the bit was 'The Tonight Show" staff had already made a trophy for Facebreakers with McIlroy's name on it.
