Holly Sonders wins the Ice Bucket Challenge

FOLLOW: iHEART | TUNEIN

Just shut it down now. Holly Sonders has won the Ice Bucket Challenge.

The Golf Channel host took the challenge on July 4th, doing so in the most patriotic, full-blooded American way possible. Sonders is wearing an American flag tank top while sparklers are sparkling as she describes who challenged her to dump a bucket of ice-cold water over her head.

Then she dumps the water over her head.

The only downer in the video is that she challenges Donald Trump to take the challenge, who is probably less likely than Tiger Woods to do it. But that's OK, because no one else has to do it now -- ever.

You win, Holly.
