Sebastian Vazquez, Abraham Ancer, Oscar Fraustro and Tim Wilkinson all earned spots in the 2016 OHL Classic at Mayakoba through the Monday qualifier at Iberostar Playa Paradiso.
Vazquez, from Mexico City, fired a 66 to finish as medalist. Four players then finished tied for second with 67, with Ancer and Fraustro, both of Mexico, and Tim Wilkinson of New Zealand earning the final three spots. Maximiliano Rotluff was the odd man out in the four-for-three playoff.
Vazquez has conditional status on the Web.com Tour in 2017. The 26-year-old has won twice on the PGA TOUR Latinoamerica, including the 2016 58 Abierto Mexicano de Golf.
Ancer played in 19 PGA Tour events last season with status, with his best finish coming as a T-18 at the FedEx St. Jude Classic. A win at the 2015 Nova Scotia Open on the Web.com Tour got him to the PGA Tour. Ancer, an Oklahoma product, has dual citizenship with Mexico and the United States.
Fraustro went to University of South Florida and has five top-10 finishes in 78 Web.com Tour starts.
Wilkinson, who missed retaining his PGA Tour card by finishing 129th in the FedEx Cup last season, has made 137 prior starts in his PGA Tour career.
