The BMW Championship (not to be confused with the European Tour's BMW PGA Championship) has been the third leg of the FedEx Cup playoffs since the concept was created in 2007. The 2016 edition will be played at Crooked Stick in Carmel, Ind., with Jason Day defending the title he won last year, while Rory McIlroy won the event the last time this venue hosted in 2012.
