David Feherty is done calling golf for CBS Sports after the two sides couldn't agree to a new contract, according to Sports Business Journal.

The two sides had been negotiating on a new deal for the Irishman-turned-American who has been a staple of CBS' golf coverage for the last 19 years. The 57-year-old has typically been an on-course commentator, calling action and offering insight into what the players are thinking as they're competing. From time to time, including at the Masters, Feherty has stepped into the broadcast tower to call specific holes.

According to the SBJ report, CBS and Feherty could not come to terms on his role moving forward.

Though Feherty's deal with CBS has ended, he will continue to have a relationship with Golf Channel, which has aired his eponymous talk show since 2011.
