Rory McIlroy hasn't been shy about showing off how he spends his time in the gym. The world No. 1 can lift a lot of weight, and he's developed a muscular, athletic shape.
However, that strength didn't stop junior golfer Brad Dalke from beating Rory McIlroy in an arm wrestling match. Dalke took on McIlroy in an impromptu contest after the Ulsterman made a surprise appearance at the Sage Valley invitational tournament. The match didn't last long.

Dalke, who turns 18 in August, is heading to the University of Oklahoma in the fall -- a school he committed to when he was 12 years old.
McIlroy is heading to TPC Harding Park for the WGC-Cadillac Match Play Championship -- with maybe a few side trips to the gym to build up those glamour muscles.
