The four spots up for grabs in the Monday qualifier for the 2015 Puerto Rico Open were doled out earlier in day. Anthony Paolucci, Alex Kang, Derek Tolan and Tyler Dunlap locked up their place in the opposite-field event at Trump International.

Paolucci and Kang shot 6-under 66 at the Sugarcane course at Dorado Beach Golf Club to share medalist honors. Tolan and Dunlap got the other two spots with 67s, avoiding a playoff.

Paolucci, 22, is a USC product who turned pro in 2014 and has tried to make his way through Web.com Tour Q-School each of the last two years. He finished 87th in December.

Kang, 24, is a San Diego State alum who typically plays on the Asian Tour.
