Brooks Koepka has a new golf ball, and it's the latest release from Srixon, whose staff the four-time major winner joined in November 2021 ahead of his match against Bryson DeChambeau. The new ball? It's called the Z-Star Diamond.
The Srixon Z-Star Diamond is made for players with higher swing speeds who are looking for more spin with the approach shots, particularly with longer clubs. The secret is a slightly thicker cover compared to the Z-Star and -Star XV models.
The Srixon Z-Star Diamond also has SpinSkin with SeRM to help improve spin and greenside performance. The 338 Speed Dimple Pattern hikes lift while reducing drag for more distance, and the FastLayer core maximizes distance for speedier players.
The Srixon Z-Star Diamond will be avaiable at retail on Jan. 21, 2022, for $45 per dozen. The ball is only available in Pure White.
