The 2019 Emirates Australian Open betting odds have been released for the week at The Australian Golf Club in Sydney, Australia.

The betting favorite this week is Adam Scott, with the Queenslander coming in as a 6-to-1 (+600) favorite to take the title.

Louis Oosthuizen is next best, sitting on 7-to-1, and coming off a solid performance and a playoff loss in the WGC-HSBC Champions. Paul Casey and Cameron Smith are next best on 9-to-1.

A trio comes in at 11-to-1, including defending champion Abraham Ancer, Marc Leishman and Sergio Garcia.

2019 Emirates Australian Open expert picks and bets

This is the biggest tournament in Australian golf. It's one of the most important in the world. The list of Australian Open champions is not only long, but it's deep with some of the great players in the game's history.

The Australian is hosting for the 21st time this year. Jack Nicklaus won here twice. Greg Norman won here. Jordan Spieth did in 2015. This week, Louis Oosthuizen, Paul Casey and Abraham Ancer are probably the best foreign threats to take the title. A foreign-born player has won four of the last six Aussie Opens.

Win bets

Min Woo Lee: The youngster gave a great run on the PGA Tour of Australasia last weekend, and he's got the game to get into the top 100 in the coming years. Top-six finishes in two of his last three.

Ryan Fox: The long-hitting Fox could be an interesting gamble this week. It hasn't been his best year, but the New Zealander was in the top 25 of three of his last five Euro Tour starts.

Andrew Dodt: Dodt would be an interesting longer shot, too. He shot a 61 last week in the NSW Open, but he couldn't close the deal. Has to feel encouraged by the good play.
