"I'm going to have to hit it out of the cabbage."

You've probably heard someone in your foursome say that at least once in your life. Hell, it may have been you who said it. But, rest assured, you've never hit a golf ball out of actual cabbage. Rory McIlroy, on the other hand, recently did.

As part of a video for ESPN's Sports Science, Rory McIlroy was asked to hit a golf ball out of a 6-inch deep bunker filled with 900 lbs. of coleslaw, a substance much thicker and resistant to impact than the sand found in your common bunker. Turns out, McIlroy handled the task well.

Host John Brenkus also asked McIlroy to hit a 70-yard shot through a 10-foot-wide doorway in the dark. McIlroy nailed it on the first try.
