PGA Tour player Kris Blanks was arrested at a Florida airport on Sunday after a concealed, loaded gun was found in his carry-on luggage, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Blanks, 40, was taken into custody at Palm Beach International Airport just before 6 a.m. as he was getting ready to take a flight home to Charlotte, N.C. When the a black backpack he was carrying went through an X-ray machine, a 40-caliber Glock 27 with eight rounds in the magazine was detected by a TSA officer.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies responded, arresting Blanks, who later told officers he forgot to take the gun out of the backpack following a recent road trip.
