Woods sells California condo at substantial loss [Photos]

Tiger Woods has sold his Corona del Mar, Calif., condo for a loss of more than $750,000.

Woods sold the property, located near Newport Beach, he purchased in 2004 for $3 million for $2,213,875, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse-style property offered views of Santa Catalina Island with a balcony and an open floor plan. The home was built in 1999.

The property listing calls it "the perfect beach house for both entertaining and unwinding."
